But if you still choose to do so... it's your choise! ^^; And if you don't like what you're about to read, I'm sorry, this is my opinion and I'm entitled to it, as you are to yours.

Well, I've beaten the game... yep... and let's just say... it could've been much better, don't take me wrong, I think it was great, but it's far from being the perfect Zelda game.
To begin with, I haven't had ANY hardships playing it... maybe it is because I've been playing Zelda for as long as I can remember and I already know many things about it without even playing it, or maybe because the guys at Nintendo didn't bother much coming up with something completely hard and unexpected, but either way, the game was really easy; in all the temples I never came across a puzzle that I had to say "hell, I really don't have a clue of what to do next!" which personally, is one of the things I've always loved about Zelda: having to go crazy to figure out what to do next. I did loved all the new items and boss battles, but let's be honest, none of them where hard! I mean, in all the game I never even drank a red potion! I bought one and never used it ^^; not even in the battle against Ganondorf, which by the way, it was amazing, I loved to fight against Zelda and then side by side with her
And the story, I don't know about you but I had the feeling they didn't got much into it when creating it... I don't know... I wasn't completely absorved into it; the presence of the Triforce could have been avoided completely since the story doesn't go around it like in OoT or lttp, it just felt to me like an excuse to throw Ganondorf into the game. I really hated how they vanished Zelda!!! How they killed her to save Midna! Which in the end, ends up having more protagonism than Link! That's a nono for me... anyway... the story... it felt a little bit messy... I know it could've been much richer and complex...

But don't think all I have are complaints! On the bright side, I loved the places, it's unbelievable what they have done with the world, it's so big an wide and there are so many things to see, the fishing pond and the whole fishing thing was amazing... it really felt relaxing ^^; and the structures of the temples... my God they were so big I didn't know where to look at! The graphics where perfect for me.
I also LOVED to be able to fight while riding Epona, having to tame her once you find her again  and the battles against the big fat ugly goblin jaja :XD: those new things I enjoyed the most, and to learn techniques from the golden wolf was great, and... I ABSOLUTELY LOVED WOLF LINK!!!! bah... I LOVED LINK!! In any form!!! I can't complain about that! I loved to see him smile, to see him sad and get completely angry... I just loved him  but I still don't understand why is so hard for the guys at Nintendo to make him speak! (This is something I've always complained about) When it's obvious he does have a conversation sometimes, is it so hard to write what he's saying? As with everybody else? But at least, he finally has the recognition he has always deserved!! Niaaaaaa and Zelda.... she is absolutely gorgeous!!! never before there was a princess so beautiful! but putting both of them aside, most of the characters desings of the human where pretty ugly for me... (with the exception of Telma, I don't know why but I absolutely loved that character) the kids where the worst, and Illia... after seeing Zelda and Midna once she recovers her true form... let's just say she could've been beautiful, I know the other two should stand out more... but for example, Malon in OoT, she was so pretty and sweet without taking away the attention of Zelda, who in my opinion was stunning when I first saw her.

So, my conclusion is: if you're the kind if person that's just happy with great graphics, this is the Zelda game for you, but if you're like me and graphics don't do it all... then you'll agree with me that, regarding the story and complexity, you can find a better Zelda in the old ones. I repeat, it was great and I did love it, but it just hasn't taken the place of my beloved OoT, Link's Awakening and a Link to the Past :aww:

I agree, it didnt really affect me as much as OoT did. But I guess OoT is just one of those really.. sentimental games with a perfect plot and everything ^___^

Heh.. I DID get stuck at all these random places.. Then I realised the puzzle was simple and pretty much smacked my face on the floor. XD I guess that gave me a sense of "Zelda", since I always get stuck at things in Zelda. But I wouldnt call it HARD, I'd say it's just time consuming. The bosses were too easy for me D= The strategies were fun, though, so I cant complain. It just seemed like.. well.. It's not the same as versing, say, Bongo Bongo.. Yeah I found Bongo Bongo hard XD

I found Ganondorf waayyy too easy.. He was too slow as a duelist! If he.. maybe.. jumped more, or had more unexpected magical attacks.. But I DO like how the final battle was set out. The final battle was awesome, just a bit simple ^^; The Ganondorf battle in OoT was more difficult.. But this one was more interesting. Besides the 'running out the castle', that's awesome. I just wish it was more challenging! But then, I dont, because I get frustrated too easily. xD It's hard to explain.. I say it's easy, but I remember being stuck in so many places.. It was kinda balanced, I guess. I loved a few of the bosses ^___^

I DO love that TP referred back to OoT in so many places.. Like, when he walks into the Temple of Time? I was so happy XD The music as well made me happy, because most of it refers back to OoT music.. Like "Serenade of Water" playing when you're talking to the Zora Queen lady ^__^

Ahh I dunno! I really loved the game, but I got annoyed that the ending was so abrupt. I was expecting one of those moments as in OoT? Like, it almost makes you crrryy =__= The ending made me.. annoyed. But then halfway through the credits, I felt it was kinda redeemed. That bit made me sad, with Midna.

I believe that they could've done more, but for now, it definitely goes down as one of my favourite games ever ^___^ I loved the temple designs and everything new about it.. All the new items! It was so cool! The music was awesome for me.. The graphics.. And even the plot. Even if it changed around, I liked it. It must be because I spaced out playing time.. So it wasnt all at once XD

I just wish it had one of those side-quest things, like getting the Biggoron Sword in OoT.

Ahh sorry for the long comment ^^; It's probably as long as your journal now. But yeah, I did need someone to 'opinion' to XD

.. I added you to MSN, but you probably dont use it ^^; Well.. yes.. I still love this game!!

Niaaaaaaa I agree with you on the referring to OoT! It sure was nice to hear the song of time and such :aww: I did love the game, but you know... it just felt like they payed more attention to the graphics thanthe plot an such... and to me a great game is not one with great graphics, but one challenging :aww:

I hope so *w* I always thought the perfect Zelda game would be a link to the past in 3D... can you imagine the world, those bosses and dungeons and that amazing story with the graphics of TP? :faint: just the thought of it makes me go crazy :faint:

Oh yeah I did enjoy the game so much too! But I was expecting a big change.... the kind of change that was when Zelda evolved from a linkt to the past to ocarina of time  that was HUGE!
