I... am... finally... DONE!!!! Oh God I can't explain how complex this picture was to me, coloring her was just fine... but doing that background all in pencils just killed me... you all know I suck at bg's and I wanted to improve that so I gave it a shot... aaaahhh please if you don't like the bg please don't mention it >///< I know it's not the best and that's why I want to practice so doing things like this becomes easier...
Now let's move on to her!! As many of you know (and some not) Karina is the main character of a stroy I'm writing, on her falls the responsibility of saving a world destined to perish without the help of "the chosen one", and that's her. In this picture you can see her with the armour design I made for her that she wears in the final battle of the story against Cauro (the bad guy XD [link] ) and his demons with the others (Lyon [link] , Falen [link] , etc...)
It took a long time, but it's finally here! Thanks to all who game me all the suggestions on which colors use on her! They were very helpful!
Oh! And I tought of doing pics of Lyon and Falen to match this one, them with armours and similar bgs as well, what do you think? :3

This is very good, and the coloring is very smooth, and certainly a hell of a lot better than I can do in colored pencils. I do like the BG, though I would say it does appear to be on a different plane than her, so is a tiny bit distracting in that respect. The bottom left section of scroll work doesn't seem to stay *behind* her.

You finally finished it! It look fantatist! The subtlety of the green REALLY brings out her eyes, actually. And I see you colored her skin a bit more. It really does look really nice. And don't worry about the background, It's better than A LOT of people can do (my included) and I rather like. It really adds to the picture. Great job! :+favlove:
